A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which provided details of an application for the review of a Hackney Carriage Proprietors (Vehicle) licence.

The Committee interviewed the driver in relation to these matters.

RESOLVED – That determination of this Item be deferred to the next meeting of the Licensing, Environment and Safety Committee, pending further information.
