To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

 

The report sets out the result of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles in the vicinity of Hatters Court.

 

The Area Committee is requested to recommend the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing to approve the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order detailed in the report and, subject to no objections being received within the statutory period, the Order can be made.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out the result of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles in the vicinity of Hatters Court.

 

RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing be recommended to approve the statutory legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order at an approximate cost of £660 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Brinnington and Central Ward allocation) and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made:-

 

Proposed Traffic Regulation Order No Waiting Monday-Saturday 8am-4.30pm

 

Hatters Court - North western arm – south western side from a point 6 metres north west of the north westerly kerbline of Hatters Court for a distance of 28 metres in a north Westerly direction.

 

Hatters Court - North western arm – north eastern side from a point 6 metres

north west of the north westerly kerbline of Hatters Court for a distance of approximately 25 metres in a north westerly direction and then 6 metres in a north easterly direction.
