A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider an application for the use of Torkington Park by Hazel Grove Carnival Committee Association in December 2019.
RESOLVED – That the application from Hazel Grove Carnival Committee for the use of Torkington Park between 6 and 7 December 2019 be approved, subject to the receipt by the Council of appropriate paperwork, licenses and fees.
