A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider an objection received to a proposed traffic regulation order on Manchester Road and Whirley Close, Heaton Chapel.
