To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
The report details a proposal to replace two old damaged benches with new benches outside the library.
The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the proposed scheme at a cost of £1,660 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal to provide additional seating be placed within/ near to the extended play space at Bredbury Recreation Ground.
RESOLVED - That approval be given to the replacement of the two existing benches outside Bredbury Library at a cost of £1,600 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury Green & Romiley ward allocation).
