To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive.

The report summarises recent appeal decisions; lists current planning appeals and dates for local enquiries; informal hearings for planning appeals, and enforcement action within the Werneth Area Committee area.

The Area Committee is recommended to note the report.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration submitted a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) listing any outstanding or recently determined planning appeals and enforcements within the area represented by the Werneth Area Committee.

The representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management reported that appeal visits in respect of the outstanding appeals at Hillside Farm, Hill End, Werneth Low Road, Romiley and Further Hey, 41 Werneth Road, Woodley were due to take place on 25 September 2018.

A member commented that it was disappointing that there had been no change in the information contained within the report in respect of the untidy land notice that had been served at 10 Bunkers Hill, Romiley since the meeting of the Area Committee on 10 April 2018.
