To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
The report details a number of objections received to a proposed traffic regulation order on Stockport Road East, Lyndhurst Avenue and Station Close/ Carriage Road, Bredbury.
The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing makes the order as advertised.

Minutes:
A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing two objections received in relation to a proposed Prohibition of Waiting Traffic Regulation order on Stockport Road East, Lyndhurst Avenue and Station Close / Carriage Road relating to the new Bredbury Curve development,
RESOLVED - That notwithstanding the objections, the Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing be recommended to make the Order as advertised.
