A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider an application from the Friends of Manchester Road Park to hold a fun day in Manchester Road Park on 16 September 2018 between 1pm and 4pm, with access to the site from 9.30am to 6.00pm.
RESOLVED – That the application from the Friends of Manchester Road Park to hold a fun day in Manchester Road Park on 16 September 2018 between 1pm and 4pm, with access to the site from 9.30am to 6.00pm be approved.
