Householder extension – separate application in relation to the previously approved planning application number DC/064718. Additional works as follows:-

-       dormer roof extension/attic conversion

-       double storey side extension

-       single storey rear extension

-       lean-to roof to front elevation over porch and garage.

In respect of plan no. DC067774 for a householder extensions in relation to a previously approved application (DC064718) to include additional works including a dormer roof extension/attic conversion; double storey side extension; single storey rear extension; and lean-to roof to front elevation over porch and garage at 23 Brown Lane, Heald Green, it was

RESOLVED – That planning permission be refused on the grounds that the proposed development by virtue of its size, scale and massing would have a  detrimental visual imapct.

a member of the public spoke against the application ; and

a representative of the applicant spoke in support of the application

RESOLVED – That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit, specifically to view the rear dormer extension from the rear of Bruntwood Avenue.
