The Committee is requested to consider what action, if any to take in regard to the above and possible consideration of a further driving assessment to be undertaken by the driver at their own expense.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which requested the Committee to consider whether the applicant was a fit and proper person to hold a hire car vehicle driver’s licence in view of the applicant’s convictions for a number of offences.
The Committee interviewed the applicant in relation to these matters.
RESOLVED – That the application be granted.
