In respect of plan no. 068027 for construction of 3 no. independent single story retail kiosks at 7, Tatton Road South,
a member of the public spoke against the application and a representative of the applicant spoke it support of the application,
it was then,
RESOLVED – (9 For, 2 Against, 1 Abstention) That planning permission be refused on the grounds that proposed development would result in an unacceptable over-development of the site in terms of additional vehicular traffic generation, associated congestion and overspill on-street parking in the immediate area, which would give rise to highway safety and operational issues on the highway network.
