To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

 

The report requests the Area Committee to approve No Waiting at Any Time restrictions at the junction of Manchester Road and Brooklands Close in Heaton Chapel.

 

The Area Committee is requested to consider the proposals detailed in the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider proposals detailed in the report prior to making a recommendation to the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing.

 

RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing be informed that the Area Committee supports the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the following order can be made:

North East side from a point 10 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of Brooklands Close in a South Easterly direction to a point 10 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Brooklands Close.
