To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

 

The report sets out the result of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles at the entrance to the Joules Court Trading estate.

 

The Area Committee is requested to recommend the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing to approve the statutory legal advertising of the No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order on Joules Court, Stockport, and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out the result of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles at the entrance to the Joules Court Trading estate, Stockport.

 

RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing be recommended to approve the statutory legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order at an approximate cost of £610 to be funded from the Cabinet Member’s Highways budget and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made:-

Joules Court  - north east side from a point approximately 24 metres south east of the south easterly kerbline of Waterloo Road for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction.
