To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration and Deputy Chief Executive

The report sets out a proposal to make a modification order to remove Footpath 121 Cheadle and Gatley from the Definitive Map and Statement for Stockport.

The Area Committee is recommended to make an Order under Section 53(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to remove Footpath 121 Cheadle and Gatley from the Definitive Map and Statement for Stockport.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration and Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) setting out a proposal to make a modification order to remove Footpath 121 Cheadle and Gatley from the Definitive Map and Statement for Stockport.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to make a modification order under Section 53(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to remove Footpath 121 Cheadle and Gatley from the Definitive Map and Statement for Stockport, as shown by a continuous bold black line marked A-B on the plan attached to the report.
