To consider a report of the corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out an application from St Cuthbert's Church to hold a Nativity procession in Diamond Jubilee Park on 23 December 2017.
The Area Committee is requested to approve the application, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.

Minutes:
A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out an application from St. Cuthbert’s Church to hold a nativity procession in Diamond Jubilee Park on 23 December 2017.
RESOLVED – That the application from St Cuthbert’s Church to hold a nativity procession in Diamond Jubilee Park on 23 December 2017 be approved, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.
