The Committee is recommended to authorise the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration to determine the application pending completion of a Section 106 agreement in respect of affordable housing and off-site open space commuted sums.

RESOLVED – (1) That the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration be authorised to determine the application pending completion of a Section 106 agreement in respect of affordable housing and off-site open space commuted sums.

 

(2) That the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration be requested to include the completed development on the Annual Review of Outcomes Tour.

RESOLVED – (1) That The Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to authorise the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration to determine the application pending the completion of a Section 106 Agreement in respect of affordable housing and off-site open space commuted sums.

 

(2) That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit as the site exemplifies the potential problems of brownfield sites in Stockport.
