Minutes:
Miss Maureen Walsh representing Norbury Church Allotment Association attended the meeting to answer questions from councillors in relation to an application for funding toward the cost of a new meeting space.
RESOLVED – (1) That an award of £500 be made from the Ward Flexibility Fund to Norbury Church Allotment Association as a contribution toward the cost of a new meeting space.
(2) That in the event that other grant applications being unsuccessful that a further application from Norbury Church Allotment Association for the remainder of the project costs be welcomed.
