The report sets out an application from Bethany Church to hold a Children's Holiday Club from 3 to 5 August 2017 at Gatley Recreation Ground.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out an application from Bethany Church to hold a Children’s Holiday Club from 3 to 5 August 2017 at Gatley Recreation Ground.
RESOLVED – That the application from Bethany Church to hold a Children’s Holiday Club from 3 to 5 August 2017 at Gatley Recreation Ground be approved, subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.
