A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which requested the Committee to consider whether the applicant was a fit and proper person to hold a Licensed Hire Car Driver’s licence in the light of the driver’s convictions.
RESOLVED – That consideration of this item be deferred until the next meeting of the Licensing, Environment and Safety Committee on 21 June 2017 as the applicant was not present at the meeting.
