RESOLVED (2 against) – That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee Visiting Team be requested to undertake a site visit to assess the impact of the proposed hours extension on the residential amenity of neighbouring properties and that should they be minded to grant planning permission they do so for a six month trial period.
