To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.
Parkrun UK have applied to hold their Adult Park Run at Brabyns Park every week from the 7th January 2017 until the end of the year between the hours of 8.30am and 10.00am along a predetermined route.
The Area Committee are requested to determine the application.

Minutes:
A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider an application from Marple Parkrun to hold their free weekly park run at Brabyns Park from Saturday 7th January 2017 until Saturday 27th January 2018 with access to the park required from 8.30am to 10am each Saturday.
RESOLVED – That the application from Marple Parkrun to hold their free weekly park run at Brabyns Park from Saturday 7th January 2017 until Saturday 27th January 2018 with access to the park required from 8.30am to 10am each Saturday be approved.
