A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) setting out a proposal to accept a surrender and the granting of a new long ground lease in respect of land at Carrington Field Street, Higher Hillgate, as shown on the plan attached to the report.
