To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive
The report considers a request for authority to enter into negotiations with National Grid to regularise the wayleaves along the Bredbury/ Gatley route which passes through the Central Stockport area.
The Area Committee is requested to note the contents of the report and provide any comments.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) regarding a request for authority to enter into negotiations with National Grid to regularise the wayleaves along the Bredbury/Gatley route which passes through the Central Stockport area.
