To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report considers a Park Event application from Decathlon Running Series for a 5k Fun Run in Woodbank Memorial and Vernon Parks on 2 august 2017.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, health and safety paperwork, and insurances.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding a Park Event application from Decathlon Running Series for a 5K Fun Run in Woodbank Memorial and Vernon Parks on 2 August 2017.
RESOLVED – That the park event application from Decathlon Running Series for a 5K Fun Run in Woodbank Memorial and Vernon Parks on 2 August 2017 be approved, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, health and safety paperwork, and insurances.
