To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report seeks approval to revoke the existing Traffic Regulation Order for Resident Permit Holders Only on Winifred Road, Davenport.

The Area Committee is requested to approve the statutory legal advertising of a Traffic Regulation Order for Residents Permit Holders Only on Winifred Road, Davenport and, subject to no being received within the statutory period, the Order can be made.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) seeking approval to revoke the existing Traffic Regulation Order for Residents Permit Holders Only at Winifred Road, Davenport.

RESOLVED – (1) That the Area Committee be minded to approve the revocation of the following Traffic Regulation Order for Residents Permit Holders Only on Winifred Road, Davenport at an approximate cost of £850 to be funded from the centrally held Highways Maintenance budget :-

Proposed Revocation of Traffic Regulation Order - Resident Permit Holders Only

Winifred Road - south east side, from the easterly kerbline of Abergele

Street to a point approximately 58 metres west of the westerly kerbline of Buxton Road.

(2) That approval be given to the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.
