To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.
The report provides Members with information relating to the procedure for the classification of films.
Members are requested to note the report and to approve the procedure outlined in the report for dealing with film classifications.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which provided Members with information relating to the procedure for the classification of films.
RESOLVED – (i) That the report be noted.
(ii) That the proposed procedural guide included at Appendix A be delegated to the function of the Licensing sub-committee.
