To consider an event application submitted by The Great Russian Circus Limited to hold a circus on Hollywood Park from the 4th to the 11th of June 2017.
The Area committee is recommended to refuse the application.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an event application submitted by The Great Russian Circus Limited to hold a circus on Hollywood Park from the 4th to the 11th of June 2017.
RESOLVED – That the event application submitted by The Great Russian Circus Limited to hold a circus on Hollywood Park from the 4th to the 11th of June 2017 be refused on the grounds of the proximity of Hollywood Park to housing, the access issues and the possible damage to the football field.
