A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) regarding a request to vary the terms of a covenant affecting land previously sold by the Council at St. Berenadette’s RC Church, Brinnington.

 

RESOLVED – That the Deputy Chief Executive be advised that the Area Committee supports the request to vary the terms of a covenant affecting land previously sold by the Council at St. Berenadette’s RC Church, Brinnington.
