To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

 

To consider a request to assign a lease together with a request to vary the terms with regard to the site shown on the plan attached to the report which is owned by the Council and leased to Status Leisure Limited.

 

The Area Committee is recommended to note the contents of the report and provide any comments.
