To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration. 

 

To report details the findings of a consultation exercise and to seeks approval for a package of revocations and the introduction of new ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ Traffic Regulation Orders on the Moor Lane, Woodford following concerns in relation to visibility problems / head on encounters that occur outside of property Nos 156/158 Moor Lane, which are caused by parked vehicles.

 

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the legal advertising of the following scheme at a cost of £700 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bramhall South & Woodford ward allocation) and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the Order:-

 

Proposed ‘No Waiting at Any Time

 

Moor Lane, Bramhall - Both Sides from the boundary of property Nos 163/165, heading in a north westerly direction for a distance of 47 metres.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing the findings of a consultation exercise and seeking approval for the introduction of new ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ Traffic Regulation Orders on the Moor Lane, Woodford following concerns in relation to visibility problems and head on encounters resulting from parked vehicles.

 

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the statutory legal advertisement of following scheme and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the Order at a cost of at a cost of £700 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bramhall South & Woodford ward allocation):-
