The report informs member of a proposed licensed hire car vehicle driver’s convictions.
The Committee is requested to consider whether the applicant is a fit and proper person to hold a private hire car vehicle licence.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Committee to consider whether or not the applicant was a fit and proper person to hold a private hire car licence after consideration of the information contained in the Disclosure and Barring Service report.
The Committee interviewed the applicant in relation to these matters.
RESOLVED – That the application be granted.
