To consider a joint report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration and the Head of Legal and Democratic Services.

The report outlines objections received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order in High Lane.

The Area Committee are requested to consider the objections outlined in the report and determine how they wish to proceed.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider objections to the introduction of a 20mph Speed Limit Zone and 7.5t weight restriction and revocation order in High Lane, Stockport.

RESOLVED – That the order be made as advertised.
