To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.
The report informs members of the manner of driving of a private hire car vehicle, relating to the safety of passengers and others.
The Committee is requested to consider what action, if any, to take.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which requested the committee to consider whether the applicant was a fit and proper person to continue to be licensed as a hackney carriage driver following consideration of the information contained in the report.
The Committee interviewed the applicant in relation to these matters.
RESOLVED – That the driver be suspended for a period of one week.
