The Committee is requested to consider whether this applicant is a fit and proper person to hold a hire car vehicle driver’s licence.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which requested the Committee to consider whether the applicant was a fit and proper person to hold a private hire car licence following consideration of the information contained within the Disclosure and Barring Service report.
The Committee interviewed the applicant in relation to these matters.
RESOLVED – That the application be granted.
