To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report considers a park event application by Stockport Harriers & AC to use Woodbank Park on 7 January 2017 for a cross country running event.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the event, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, health and safety paperwork, and insurances.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding a park event application by Stockport Harriers & AC to use Woodbank Park on 7 January 2017 for a cross country running event.
RESOLVED – That the park event application by Stockport Harriers & AC to use Woodbank Park on 7 January 2017 for a cross country running event be approved, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, health and safety paperwork, and insurances.
