To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out a request from The Bridgeway Church to manage the bonfire and firework display ‘Light in the dark Bonfire Blast’ at Heaton Norris Park.
The Area Committee is requested to approve the application on the condition that all the requested paperwork is produced.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding a request from The Bridgeway Church to manage the bonfire and firework display ‘Light in the Dark Bonfire Blast’ at Heaton Norris Park on 5 November 2016.
RESOLVED – That the request from The Bridgeway Church to manage the bonfire and firework display ‘Light in the Dark Bonfire Blast’ at Heaton Norris Park on 5 November 2016 be approved, subject to all the requested paperwork being produced and there being no overt religious activity at the event.
