A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which requested the Committee to consider whether or not the applicant was a fit and proper person to hold an Assisted Hire Car Driver’s Licence following consideration of the information contained within the Disclosure and Barring service’s disclosure.
The Committee interviewed the applicant in relation to these matters.
RESOLVED – That the application be granted.
