The report outlines a request by the tenants of the Bridge College to employ the services of a guardian company to provide an on-site presence to assist in maintaining the security and integrity of the building.

The Area Committee is invited to provide comments on the proposal.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services (copies of which have been circulated) regarding a request by the tenants of the Bridge College, Curzon Road, Offerton to employ the services of a guardian company to provide an on-site presence to assist in maintaining the security and integrity of the building.

RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services be advised that the Area Committee supports the proposal.
