To consider a report of the Chief Executive.

 

The report details a proposal for the extension of a dropped crossing and an Access Protection marking on Dane Close, Bramhall and the revocation of a Traffic Regulation Order of a redundant Disabled Person Parking Bay.

 

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the statutory legal advertisement of following and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the Order at a cost of at a cost of £1,250 to be funded from the Ward Delegated Budget (Bramhall North ward allocation):-

 

Proposed Revocation of a Disabled Persons Parking Place

 

Dane Close, Bramhall, from a point 64 metres south west then 4.5 west of the south westerly kerb line of Heaton Avenue for a distance of 5.2 metres in a westerly direction (the north westerly corner of the turning head).

 

Proposed lowering of existing full height kerb to increase dropped crossing adjacent to 11 Dane Close, Bramhall.

A representative of the Chief Executive submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal for the extension of a dropped crossing and an Access Protection marking on Dane Close, Bramhall and the revocation of a Traffic Regulation Order of a redundant Disabled Person Parking Bay.
