To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

 

The report details the findings of a consultation exercise following complaints that  vehicles were parking around the junction of Bude Close and Delfur Road, Bramhall particularly at school start and finish times.

 

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the statutory legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the Order at a cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bramhall North ward allocation):-

 

Proposed No Waiting at Any Time

 

Bude Close, Bramhall, both sides, from the westerly kerb line of Delfur Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.

 

Delfur Road, Bramhall, west side, from a point 10 metres south of the southerly kerb line of Bude Close to a point 10 metres north of the northerly kerb line of Bude Close.

For 12, 12a & 12b Delfur Road, Bramhall.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing the findings of a consultation exercise following complaints that vehicles were parking around the junction of Bude Close and Delfur Road, Bramhall particularly at school start and finish times and detailing proposals for the introduction of associated traffic regulation orders.

 

RESOLVED - That approval be given to the statutory legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the Order at a cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bramhall North ward allocation):-
