RESOLVED – (8 for, 4 against) That the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration be authorised to determine the application subject to the receipt of confirmation from the Environment Agency that the proposed development would not result in an unacceptable loss of flood plain and that should advice to contrary be received, the application be remitted back to the Committee for determination.

RESOLVED – (8 for, 1 against, 2 abstentions) That consideration of this application be deferred to the next meeting of the Committee pending the submission of further information relating to the viability of the delivery of the proposed additional car parking.
