To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services

The report sets out a proposal to offer to let premises at the former pavilion at Gatley Recreation Ground on the open market, to generate a revenue stream in order to bring a derelict building back into use.

The Area Committee is requested to note the contents of the report and provide any comments.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services (copies of which had been circulated) setting out a proposal to offer to let premises at the former pavilion at Gatley Recreation Ground on the open market to generate a revenue stream in order to bring a derelict building back into use.

RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services be advised that the Area Committee supports the proposal to offer to let premises at the former pavilion at Gatley Recreation Ground on the open market to generate a revenue stream in order to bring a derelict building back into use.
