To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report outlines the outcome of a consultation undertaken following an investigation into traffic issues on Bredbury Park Way as parked vehicles immediately north of the access to Endeavour House, are said to be causing reduced highway visibility for motorists exiting from the Endeavour House access creating a hazard.  The report details proposals for an extension to the existing ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the legal advertising of the following scheme, and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the order at a cost of £550 to be funded form the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury & Woodley ward allocation):-

Bredbury Park Way - West side, from a point 37 metres from the northerly kerb line of Corrie Way for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to the legal advertising of the following scheme, and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the order at a cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury & Woodley ward allocation):-
