To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report details a proposal to replace approximately 8 metre square of grassed area at each end of the central island of The Crescent, Bredbury with either bitmac or concrete following a request from local councillors.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the proposed works at an approximate cost of either £1,137 (bitmac) or £1551 (concrete) to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury & Woodley ward allocation).

RESOLVED - That approval be given to the replacement approximately 8 metre square of grassed area at each end of the central island of The Crescent, Bredbury with bitmac at an approximate cost of £1,137 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury & Woodley ward allocation).
