RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted subject to the removal of permitted development rights for extensions and outbuildings.

RESOLVED – That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit in order to assess the impact of the proposed development on the amenity of the area, and that the Area Committee requests that the proposed area of the development be ‘pegged out’ and an indication of the height of the buildings be given.
