The report considers objections received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order for waiting restrictions in Upper Brook Street and the surrounding area.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve, in the light of the objections received, an amended Traffic Regulation Order as set out in the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) considering objections received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order on Upper Brook Street, Gorsey Brow and Gorsey Mount Street, Stockport.
RESOLVED - That, as a result of the objections received, the original Order be amended as follows:-
Proposed Revocation No Waiting 8am-6pm
Upper Brook Street - South west side, from a point 10 metres south west of the south westerly kerbline of Gorsey Brow for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.
Proposed No Waiting At Any Time
Upper Brook Street - South west side, from a point 10 metres south west of the south westerly kerbline of Gorsey Brow for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.
Proposed No Waiting At Any Time
Upper Brook Street - North West Side, from the projected easterly kerbline of Gorsey Brow for a distance of 30 metres in a westerly direction.
Proposed No Waiting At Any Time
Gorsey Brow - East side, from a point 10 metres south east of the southerly kerbline of Upper Brook Street for a distance of 30 metres in a south easterly direction.
