To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration

The report sets out details of sums received by the Council from developments which have attracted commuted sums for recreational open space and proposes uses for these sums.

The Area Committee is invited to consider the allocation of the following:-

£6859.71 from development no. 1131 (DC053384, Vine Street, Hazel Grove) to future playground improvements at Green Lane Play Area.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to give consideration to the use of commuted sums for play provision in the Stepping Hill Committee area and to approve the location of play area where these sums are to be spent.

RESOLVED – That the commuted sum detailed below be spent at the area of play indicated:-
