The Planning & Highways Regulation Committee is recommended to grant planning permission subject to:-

 

·         conditions;

·         the completion of a Section 111 legal agreement requiring:

o   the payment of commuted sums to deliver 10% off site biodiversity net gain mitigation measures; and

o   the payment of £7500 to fund the provision of parking restrictions.

RESOLVED - That the Deputy Chief Executive be authorised to determine the application pending the completion of a Section 111 Legal Agreement requiring the payment of commuted sums to deliver 10% off site biodiversity net gain mitigation measures and the payment of £7,500 to fund the provision of parking restrictions.

RESOLVED - That the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit to assess the impact of the development on the neighbouring properties by virtue of proximity and noise generation.
