a member of the public spoke against the application; and

 

a representative of the applicant spoke in support of the application.

RESOLVED – That planning permission be refused on the grounds that the proposed development would have an overbearing relationship with the neighbouring properties contrary to Policy H-1 and SIE-1 by virtue of the height, mass and size of the proposed development and consequent detrimental impact on the streetscene.
