The Cabinet Member for Sustainable Stockport has approved the installation of twelve bollards at the footways on either side of the junction of Covent Garden and Middle Hillgate, Stockport, as shown on the drawing no. NM18-000-01 attached to the report, in order to deter footway parking, at a cost of £3,000 to be funded from the Central Stockport Area’s Committee Delegated Budget (Brinnington and Central Ward allocation).
The proposal is supported by the Brinnington and Central Ward Councillors.
